Easter marks a new beginning...

Easter Sunday is always a special day in Lichfield City Council civic calendar and this year saw the latest recruit to the Council, Mrs Alison Read performing her duties as Mace Bearer for the Mayor. Alison joined the civic team this month and will join fellow mace-bearer Mike Williamson and Sword-bearer, Ken Knowles, heading up the City's traditional civic processions throughout the year .
