Sheriff's Darwin Walk - Sunday 27 April - 10.00am

The Sheriff of Lichfield, Cathy Wood, invites everyone to join the Sheriff’s Darwin Walk on Sunday 27 April. The walk will begin at 10:00 AM from Bunker’s Hill Car Park in Beacon Park (WS13 6RA).

Spanning approximately 6 miles, this scenic route follows the City boundary and takes around 3 hours to complete. It offers mainly rural paths with stunning views of Lichfield. Participation doesn’t require booking—simply join at the start and walk as much as you’re comfortable with. Well-behaved dogs on leads are also welcome!

The walk is free of charge, but the Sheriff kindly requests donations to support Lichfield Food Bank. Items such as shampoo, tinned food, and long-life cartons can be brought to the starting point and will be delivered to the Food Bank warehouse to aid those in need.
