The Sheriff of Lichfield, Cllr Brian Bacon invites all walkers to take part in the annual Sheriff's Darwin Walk on Sunday 10th February, starting from Bunker's Hill Car Park, Beacon Park at 10.00 am.

The walk is about 10 miles and follows a well-established route around the City boundary, taking about 4 hours. There will be a refreshment stop at Curborough Craft Centre where teas and cakes may be purchased. There is no need to complete the walk, just leave wherever you want as the City Centre is never far away, but don't forget to wear stout walking boots - everyone is welcome.

There is no charge for the Walk, but the Sheriff would welcome donations to the Mayor and Sheriff's Charities: The Alzheimer's Association, Lichfield and Burntwood Social Club for the Blind and Partially Sighted and the 9th Lichfield (Saxon Hill) Scout Group.
